Has anyone tried these new mags? they look alot more compact than the beta mags. Just wondering how reliable they were.

Just out of curiosity what did you have to give for them ? I saw them in the latest Midway catalog and they seemed pretty pricy , something like 129 for the 60 rounder and 179 for the 100 round ?

I don't think anyone has gotten the production models in stock yet, like most things surefire expect them to work, and expect them to be ridiculously priced and in the hands of mall ninjas and 3 gunners everywhere soon!

Be careful listing that you ordered some on here, the IRS might audit you for making false claims on your income

I didn't think these were available to the public yet?!?!
I know that MidwayUSA and others have them listed as out-of-stock but on order, but again...no real expectation of when they might become available to the masses. There was a lengthy thread a while back on these mags along with videos (or links to videos). They SEEM like they'll be reliable, etc., but only time will tell once more people get their hands on them and have a chance to put them through their paces in a wide variety of rifles with a wide variety of ammo.
As for pricing...most of what I have seen for "pre-orders" has been in the neighborhood of $130 for the 60rnd mags and $175 or so for the 100rnd mags.
