Anyone use - Redding BR 30 or LEE Perfect powder measure?

I'm thinking about picking one of these up to use with IMR 4895 and Trailboss for my .308 loads.
I currently use a scoop and then finish the charge off with a trickler. My goal is to speed up my process a bit...
Does anyone have experience with these? Any other suggestions?

They are about as good as your scoop.

Run some powder through the LEE to coat everything with graphite first. Once set it seems to be fairly accurate if you maintain a consistent technique. It works once you develop the feel for it with stick powder. Leaks with fine flake or small ball powder. I still use mine on occasions.
No experience with the Redding.
