I think it is one of the best mounts on the market not even talking price. When you factor money in to it; I think it takes the market value proposition hands down. The opposite side of those cross bolts (where you attach it to your rail) has these super beefy (maybe 1 inch?) long aluminum counter opposing clamping rail that locks its up so strong, and is PERFECTLY REPEATABLE. MPA refers to it on their website as a "superior clamping surface" but it is really stout, and I think part of what makes this not just another mount. Obviously tight tolerances to boot and nicely machined and pleasing to the eye.
I have two different TL3 actions that I have moved this scope mount between w/ a kahles, and it returns to zero exactly when I snug it up forward against the appropriate portion of picatiny rail, and use the fix it stix. Aaron Roberts told me a story how his rifle was accidentally dropped off a 10 foot shoot house w/ this mount and scope and rifle was still on.
I have used Sphur, Vortex mounts/rings, NF rings, ARC mounts/rings, and badger rings. The only other I would buy again might be the ARC rings/ mounts if you were swapping around scopes more often.
