Been following this for years... and would love to see it found.

Unfortunately, it's probably in Park Service land and artifact hunting is not allowed....

But finding the lost tube would be an historical coup!

When in high school back in the '70's, I wrestled at those two high schools, Bridgeport and Coleville. And I know where Deep Creek is! Wow! Amazing if they can get the tube back to the display.
