Member Link Up Anywhere to shoot long range in D,.C. area?

Re: Anywhere to shoot long range in D,.C. area?

Don't enter DC with firearms, without detailed knowledge of their stupid gun laws. YMMV

Most clubs require membership, unless you are a guest. Look at Quantico, but your have to find a member that if off Thursday.

Good luck

Unless you work for Uncle Sam and has a badge, you may be in a slight bit of hot water.

FYI

http://www.nrahq.org/shootingrange/nrahqrange/

The Range will be closed for construction beginning Monday, March 30, 2009.

The range will reopen on Monday, April 13, 2009.

The range will also be closed on April 18 and 19, 2009.

There is Gilbert range in Rockville, it's a private range in Rockville Md, about half an hour north of DC.

Hope this helps
