We paid for one of these (20MM) over a year ago. We have yet to see this rifle. Every time we call him we seem to get different BS story with a different spin on it. "You should have the gun in 3 weeks" it has been an )(#$*() of 3 weeks if you know what i mean. Has any one else seemed to have problems with this guys or is our case unique.

has he at least provided you with a serial # yet so you can get the Form 4 started?

You can't send the form 4 in til its in your dealers hands so having the serial won't help with that. In any case he hasn't said whether he is an FFL/SOT or an individual or whether the problem is in the transfer or not.....it may have transferred to him on a form 3 and he's just waiting for the thing to be finished....not enough info in the post.
