APA bastard gen 3 port tuning

How is your APA Bastard gen 3 muzzle brake configured? I would like to see if a few of us are configured the same way. Please list basic details. Caliber, rifle weight, barrel length, and anything else you think might be a significant factor.

Screw brake on until it touches shoulder, orient ports, torque nut less than recommended.
16" to 30" barrels, light palma to max heavy varmint tapers, 243 to 300 win mag.
12# to 22#.
