Some lower parts are compatible, trigger pins and trigger components and safety, but take down pins and bolt stop are different. Many AR10 triggers have a heavier weight trigger spring as well, best off to use a lower parts kit that is designed for the AR10.

Buffer tube you can use, its just the buffer and spring that are different.

Armalite uses a longer receiver extension to accomidate their longer carriers and an H3 carbine buffer. However, I just found out you can buy an aftermarket shorter buffer and use AR15 receiver extensions. I think Rainier has them.
