What is the max cartridge overall length for hand loading the AR-10? I'm assuming that 308 Win and 338 Federal (using the same case) will be the same length? Correcto?

I've measured the inside of my AR10 mags and they are in the 2.88x range. I load up to about 2.84 without binding issues. You could try more but would have to do some testing make sure they are 100% reliable.
