I have a RR with their National Match barrel, not their varmint barrel. Thinking about fluting it to shave some wait. Will it work and will it screw up the accuracy? It shoots pretty good as is but I'm trying to lighten it up some.

Great question Buzzsaw - I'm thinking of doing the same thing.

I believe fluting an existing barrel is OK if it is cut-rifled...otherwise the fluting has to be cut before the barrel is stress relieved otherwise fluting it will have a detrimental effect on the barrel and accuracy.
