AR carbine practice load help.

Whats your favorite AR practice load? Not LR shooting, but short-range run-n-gun style stuff. Looking for the most cost smart load for practice and plinking. My Aimpoint is zero'd with 62 gr Corbon DPX, but at the ranges I'll be using this stuff that wont matter. I just want the lowest cost, cleanest burning loads I can get for some full power practice.

I got a good deal on some PMC Bronze a few months ago and an ass load of brass cased Wolf. All pretty good. I really should run a dozen full mags of each through it some time to see how they run but I'm a cheap old bastid originally from the granite state!

How's that baby doing?
