It's kind of hard to get a good picture of, but there is powder residue that blows out the front of my gas block. Is this normal? This is the first stainless barrel I've had, and I never noticed this on the parkerized guns I've shot.

I have had the same from several Noveske barrels with Viltor blocks. Its no big deal. If this really bothers you you can always pull the block and seal the front of the block with something.

I wouldn't worry.

Don't worry about it.

That's because the carbon and the park are the same color.
The amount you have there is no cause for concern.
