223 bolt is unknown manufacture. It is marked MPI
7.62x39 bolt is from BCA and is marked MPI.

The mpi mark is probably not a brand mark but a sign telling you the bolt itself was inspected using magnetic particle inspection technology.

There are some different versions out there but yes, if you shoot left handed, you want it ejecting on the left side, or "you get brass going by your face" , as @CowboyBart said
