Gunsmithing AR10 barrel extension for 22 Creedmoor

I am looking for an AR10 barrel extension that allows smaller diameter and vld style bullets to feed properly. With a standard ar10 extension such as a JP the angle of the ramp allows the long skinny .22 and 6mm vld style bullets to slide between and slam into the back of the barrel. In other words, these standard extensions don't get the tips up heigh enough for the round to smoothly get into the chamber. Does anyone know of a company producing extensions to help prevent that?
