i searched and didn't really find anything on my topic so here goes...
I just recently purchased a Mega Mono 308 off gunbroker froma guy that built it himself. It has a G trigger and DPMS SASS barrel and BCG. My question is: Is there anything I can/should inspect (other than the if it is loaded or not) when I get it? he said he put 50-60 rounds down the tube. I went out on a limb b/c I got a good price on high quality components and had $ left over to have a gunsmith work on it if need be. This is my first 308 gas gun and from what I read they are more "needy" that the 556 gas guns. I just don't want to damage anything by not knowing any better.
Any advice on specific component issues etc is much appreciated. I have read everything on this and other sites and just want to be prepared. It should arrive on Sat.
