ar15 feedrams

I've read where it should be ok to use a standard feedramp cut receiver with a m4 cut barrel in an ar15. This is what I have on one I'm replacing barrel with but the WOA barrel has m4 feedramps. Has anyone used this combo with any adverse affects?

Non m4 uppers are ok with barrels WITH m4 ramps....m4 cut uppers are not ok for barrels WITH rifle extension cuts
