If your DBM uses Accuracy International Magazines that have only one means of retention then yes, they should fit into the magazine well of the frame.
Note:
It is not uncommon for the case body to present low in relation to its bolt face engagement when attempting to swap back and forth. ARC setups often require a little more work. You either sink the frame lower in the stock or lengthen the release lever to get it "higher" in the loading port.
