I know they are at SHOT so I don’t expect a reply from them any time soon.


Sent my bolt in for the updated head and new spring, I was one of the early preorders. They sent it back, but a second spring was in a paper bag.

Other people who have sent their bolt in, which is the replacement and which is the original?

Both the one in the bolt and the one in the bag look clean and don’t have grease on them... no indication which is which. They put the new head on, I don’t know if they swapped the springs.

I highly doubt they would put the old spring back on.

Do you have a copy of the form you submitted? It asks you to designate if you want the spring installed or not. Also says they will return the original spring.

When I ordered spare springs, the 19# had a stripe of yellow paint, and the 25# spring had a stripe of red paint. Original 16# spring was natural finish.

I'm guessing the original, lighter spring is the one in the bag.
