I saw the thread that is about 8 pages deep on arca/RRS dovetail handguards but still seemed like most people were just bolting on a plate to the bottom. I know Geissele and a few others have a rail out for AR15 but not sure if there are any dedicated to AR10s yet. Any word on any being introduced at the NRA show or some that slipped by post Shot Show?

I currently have a slim SLR rifleworks with a Proof carbon barrel, if I install an arca rail on the bottom it will look rather odd, if there is nothing out there with it already machined in I might get a 2a Xanthos rail (match upper/lower set) and install one myself to be able to use tripod and Ckyepod attachments.

I’m in the same boat, my match rifles both have Arca plates bolted to the bottom. The feel doesn’t bother me, but if the option was there to use one integrated into the handguard, I’m sure many folks would use it.
Here’s the rub.....I think we are a TINY, TINY part of the rifle buying public. When I mention ARCA Rail outside of my fellow competition shooters, or SWAT Snipers, most guys just stare at me with blank looks. I mean seriously, guys are still beating up Keymod vs M-Lok for pity sake. ? I just don’t see the demand outside of a very small group of us.
