Arca Rail on Tikka t3x A1

Can the arca rails be attached easily to the underside of the foregrip on this rifle to where it's sturdy and won't move?

Isn't TAC A1 an AR compatible MLOK forend?
if so, just google MLOK arca rail (RRS, Area 419, etc)

I run a section of RRS Arca rail on bottom of my T3X Tactical. Works great. They are MLOK

In fact, I run them on all my my AR's as well. Match made in heaven with Anvil30.
