Precision Rifle Gear Arca Rail to Tripod Interface

I just ordered a Sawtooth Arca rail for my DT SRS A1. Some day I plan to buy a carbon fiber tripod. But for now I want to use my old Monfrotto Tripod. What are the recommended interface between the Arca Rail and the Tripod? Looking for options?
