I have a .270 win (please no comments. I know there are better rounds but it is what I have.) And I have been looking at different manufacturers' sites. Some .277s are listed as a .270 and some are 6.8. Will they only stabilize it that barrel because of the twist? Thanks in advance.

6.8 is merely the metric designation for the .277" caliber. Stick with the cartridge designation (270 Win, 6.8 SPC, 270 WSM, etc.) and you'll have no problems. Any of the .277" diameter bullets should work for you, as there aren't too many twists other than the standard 1x10" in factory 270 rifles. They'll stabilize most any of the standard projectiles up to around 150 grains or so.

they are the same diameter. if you are looking for a 400yd and in bullet, the hornady interlock is cheap, and hits hard. beyond 400, i'd stick with the nosler accubond LR. theres nothing wrong with a 270, i'd say just about everything in the sub-cont US has fell to it.
