Are Badger Ord & Nightforce Unimounts the same?

I've only owned NF unimount & Badger rings, but not their unimount. They look awfully similar. Anyone know if they're made in the same factory? rebranded? or just the same general design?

No, they are not the same. The designs are similar, but the machining and the anodizing are quite different. Both are really good mounts.

Thank you. Is one better than the other? My NF 3 crossbolt magnesium version has been awesome. Saw a Badger one on the PX that looked great for a great price.

I wouldn't say one is better than the other, they're equals in terms of quality in my opinion.

Me too. I use both. NF might be slightly lighter, but the Badgers are less expensive by $50-60.
