Are there any companies that will modify optics as in add a reticle?

I have a spare 40x eyepiece for my Zeiss Diascope 85.
Not having any luck selling it so I'm thinking about retasking it.
Zeiss ranging eyepieces are rare as hen's teeth so it might be cost effective to have my own made (since I already have the eyepiece).

long shot but read that thread. sendroman has that vector with i think a custom ground reticle. maybe message him and see where and how that was done. there has to be a way to do it. might have to take it appart yourself and send the lense somewhere.

I have NIB Diascope 30x/40x WA eyepieces with mildot and rapid ranging stadia. Not upgraded but original Zeiss.
