I shot Area 419 an email about the o-rings but it's the weekend.. I some how ripped mine today in my TBAC mount. Does anyone know if the o-ring is required? I'm guessing if I don't have one installed carbon will get on the taper. I take my can on and off for transport so eventually I'll rip another one down the line. I'll buy an entire pack of them if I know the size and durometer.

Area 419 never got back with me on the sizing so I did my own digging. If anyone just wants spare o-rings with their 419 setup, you can get some from McMaster-Carr. It's part number 1173N017. The durometer is 50A. This one matches what comes with the mounts. I also bought 70A (1283N28) ones as well. Both work fine. They are high temp at 400 and 450 degF respectively.
Sizing is specific for the mounts I believe. So you'll have to measure if you can't get a hold of 419.
