Rifle Scopes Area 419 RMR Mount ?

Anyone know if this rmr mount will direct mount onto the front ring ? (They sell 35 and 45* adapters and say nothing about mounting on ring )

I suspect it replaces the front ring Pic mount. Picture shown below is for the high mount. The low mount should go on the same way.
