Arken vapor selling scopes they don't have? Anyone get a scope this month from them?

I'm trying to get into the bolt gun world after 31 years in the full auto game.
I ordered a 4-16 scope on Dec 3rd and when the invoice came up, it said a
2-6 week wait.
Today I got a reply from arken that it's now 8-12 weeks.
So, in one month the wait doubled and now I'm twice as far behind as I
was on Dec 3rd ?????????????

This sounds like a ponzi scheme to me. And if the President jabs the
chinese commies some more, we'll never get what we paid for?

Has anyone here gotten a scope from them recently and how long did it take?

You know there was a lead time when you ordered. They updated it based on shipping in a global pandemic. Don’t like it, get a refund. Otherwise wait and get it when it comes in. They are not a ponzu scheme.

AFAIK, there's been similar complaints about arken for over 12 months,
basically doing the same stuff before the pandemic.

In the NFA world, waits are measured in parts of a year.
Problem is, if Jan 6th goes wrong, the money is gone. (sigh)

I recently got to handle the sh-4-14 and i was impressed. Best chinese made turrets I've found and best sub $500 glass I've seen. If they track this might be a winner. Anyone gotten to play with one?
