Article on affordable precision rifles: RPR missing??

So I read an article recently in Gun Digest about the 16 top affordable precision rifles here. https://gundigest.com/article/6-precision-rifles-bolt-action

Ruger Precision rifle was not on the list. So has it fallen from favor or am I missing something. I had the new. RPR gen 3 on my want list.

The RPR has a 92 page sticky on this forum. Right next to the Tikka T3 and AI. Not comparing the 3 just saying the RPR still seems to be very much in favor. I'm a fan of mine. When I'm looking for input on where precision rifles stack up, I come to this site. Not gundigest.

The article says rifles $1500 or less. The MSRP for the RPR is $1599.
