Just curious for the folks that do the eForm 1 process.

If you ever had a problem and clicked on the tab to ask a questions of the experts; have you ever received a response and did they answer your question with any degree of clarity?

Inquiring minds want to know.

Yes, they respond within a few days and have always been a help for us.

I have a question on form 1 pics. I was nonapproved because they said my picture was missing even though it shows in my downloads. I'm going to refile in the next few days and was curious if the picture needs to be something special other than a cellphone pic?

In my experience, it was always just easier to call and ask to speak to the examiner handling your paperwork...

I had a couple of questions in the past that didn't get answered. Which was why I started this thread.

However, I posted a question after starting the thread with them that did get answered within a day.

However, I'm still curious about other people's experiences.
