Rifle Scopes Asked to death but need some help!

It's been asked to death but just so you know I have used the search function EXTENSIVELY before I made this post. Hell that's how I can up with the set up I'm asking about.

Remington 700 SPS Tactical .308 w/ standard Weaver scope base

Vortex Viper PST 4-16x50 FFP Rifle Scope EBR-1 MRAD

Butler Creek flip up covers

Seekins Precision Medium rings @ 0.87"

OR

Badger Ordnance 0.885" Medium or 0.823" Standard

Will either of those rings work without a 20 moa base?

I wouldn't even be asking this question if UPS hadn't crushed my digital caliper during shipping and left me with zero options for measuring this out myself. I was unable to come up with the exact answer through the search function.

Any help with verifying this set up before ordering the parts would be much appreciated.

Super Sniper 5-20x50
Badger .823 rings
Badger 20 MOA base
#7 Profile barrel

I've go ~2.5 business cards thickness between the bell and barrel.

With the Sendero (TAC) barrel you should be GTG with the .823's. It's a lighter profile than the #7.

Edit: The BC flip-up did work when my rifle had a Sendero. Now, there is no way it's going to fit.
