I'm thinking about building something like an M40A3 but I want to do it in stages. I just bought a Badger Ordnance bottom metal and I'm looking to buy an M40A4 stock from McMillian. Is all of this plug and play and I can go shooting with it, or do I need a gun smith to properly bed and set the stock? What about the BO M5 bottom metal, does it just plug and play with this too?
