Any one know where I can get a ATF Form 5330.20 Revised April 2006? Only one I can find is the one revised June 2005. My dealer gave me one and I forgot to write in all caps.

OOPS I retract what I said ....... I was thinking 5320.20 which is the transportation form

That is what I am looking at. It specifically says dates that they will be away from original location. No where. Does it say good for one year. It asks for dates to and from.

I do not see any 5330.20 guessing he is talking about 5320.20 in the original question of thread. Maybe he can clear that up for us.

You can fill it out for up to 1 year. After 1 year it needs to have an address change notification made.
My 5320.20 for transporting from PA to OH says March 3rd, 2011 through March 2nd, 2012.

I just realized you've been talking about the 53<span style="font-weight: bold">3</span>0.20 form, not the 53<span style="font-weight: bold">2</span>0.20

I am looking for the Citizenship form. I was supposed to fill it out in all caps and didn't. I am just going to drive my form 4 to my dealer instead of mailing them and fill out a new one there.
The revised 2006 one has disappeared on the internet. Its what my dealer uses and I have not had any problems so I am sticking with it.
