I know for a fact the St. Louis office of the ATF is going door to door to anyone who bought Rare Breed Triggers directly. It does not seem like they know who you are if you bought them from a vendor, but if you ordered direct they know you have them and they won't stop till you deliver the trigger. If they're on your gun then too bad so sad they're taking the gun (which they now say is an unlicensed machine gun).

The guy said he couldn’t wait to be on a jury where any federal agent testified, he was going to free the defendant no matter what… and if many decent citizens ignore federal claims in court, these clowns become irrelevant. Interesting concept to mitigate overstepping and abuse of power.

That’s the issue. There is zero due process or appeal. Your property goes into a black hole. The are passing (((laws))) that circumvent the actual law making process.

IF that guy, or anyone thinking the same thing, can even get on a jury. I imagine on a case like that anyone even remotely hostile to the alphabet agencies will be weeded out pretty quickly. But I like the idea

If that starts happening they will delay trials indefinitely while denying bail.
