Rifle Scopes Athlon Ares ETR 1-10X24

Have been looking at this scope for one my 18" AR's I really like the mill reticle, the capped windage turret and the locking elevation turret. just wondering if anyone has this scope and how do you like it so far, how does it compare to some of the other low to mid priced lpvo's Vortex 1-10 etc.

I would truly love to have a Nightforce ATACR 1-8x24 or a S&B PM11 Short Dot or a Steiner M8Xi 1-8x24 but these are just not on the budget right now.
