Rifle Scopes Athlon Ares ETR 4.5-30 - COLOR

I've been looking for some new glass for my budget PRS rifle and have been pretty impressed by everything I've seen about the Ares ETR for the price-point. I know this is a bit superficial, but what shade is the tan color that it is available in? My rifle is in an MDT Oryx chassis with FDE side-panels so I'm a bit concerned that it may look odd if the tan is too far off from the stock color.

If anybody has first-hand experience with this then I'd be interested in your take.

It's not that color. Close to a Razor Gen II, a bit lighter/more red I'd say.

You could get it black. With a billet lever and level. From me Or in the burnt bronze color...I wouldn't mind.

I’d get the ETR in brown, and rattle-can or cerakote the panels something other than FDE. (And there are so many shades of FDE, good luck matching other accessories to it!)

Burnt Bronze cerakote is closest to matching, but not quite right. With a hundred bucks or so and the scope in hand, a good cerakote outfit could make a close match - at least, that’s what it took to match a bunch of small miscellaneous chassis parts to my Cronus BTR.

Red, white, green, or blue would also look great in combination. Purple would be good if you went to University of Washington or are a Vikings fan. But yeah. Options.
