Spotters Athlon Cronus 20-60x86 lose eye piece

Tried posting video will not allow it. But the eye piece wiggles alot up down right left. Never noticed it til yesterday antelope hunting. Don't remember it ever doing it. I unscrewed it and made sure it was locked in place but still moves like crazy

That's good. I think mine was but don't remember didn't use it much til now. But still good spotter but things happens

My buddy broke his twice in 6 months. Dished it off.

The good news is they took care of hime both times in a timely manner. With Doug on it I'm sure yours will get taken care of and hopefully it doesn't repeat.

Yes Doug is great to deal with and helpful but that isn't good if it broke twice. Was his just sloppy and lose ?
