My Athlon Cronus BTR's elevation turret feels like its stripped ,zero elevation adjustment . So it's on its way to the shop. Has anyone experienced this malfunction ,will they repair it or replace it ?
I had a problem with one of my Athlon scopes (ARGOS BTR) which I have had for 4 years. Submitted the paperwork and had a reply within 24 hours. They instructed me to send them the scope for evaluation. once they received the scope, I received another email indicating that they were going to replace it. They sent me the Gen 2 (really happy with it). Total turnaround time from the time I sent the email to me receiving the new scope: 2 weeks.
Had an Athlon scope where the parallax would not focus past ~200 yards. Sent it in, they could not fix it, and the scope was no longer made. They sent me a new, much higher end model for a very small upcharge. They also sent me a turret cap for free after I scratched one up. I have heard similar stories about great CS.
