Run a search here just on the Hide (or use a basic Google search if you have a few weeks to spend reading) and you will get an idea of some of the MANY problems with Botach and their continued ways of screwing over customers.

From experience, stay away from Botach, hit or miss at best.

They still owe me for past 2 orders that they never fulfilled and still do nothing.
There are much better vendors on the hide that I would go to and pay more then to deal with them ever again.
