Pretty sure this is the PSR model but not 100%.

A few scuffs on it as detailed in pictures.

If it has rotating legs (means they can spin) its not a psr. If the legs do not rotate then its a psr model.

And I am pretty sure the part # bt46-lw17 is the psr part number. The bt10-lw17 is the non psr version
