I just got my Surgeon Rifle in a A5 Stock, and I'm wondering the best way to mount my Atlas MonoPod, My stock doesn't have swivel studs or anything but flush cup on the back end of it, just flat. Anybody got pictures of what they have done? Should I just put a rail on it?

Buy a rail from B&T Industries, Badger, or Seekins (I would probably go with B&T and get mounting hardware with it). Carefully measure and mark where you want the rail to go with your stock securely in a vise (consider using tape). Carefully drill marked spots with drill and stock perfectly level if possible (drill through a piece of tape for best results). Screw your hardware into the predrilled holes (use a dab of loctite if you're paranoid). Re-assemble rifle put on monopod and go shooting!
