Thank you for emailing me about your opposition to HB19-1177, Red Flag Legislation. I too oppose, and will vote against the bill.
This bill is a powerful example of government overreach. The government should not be able to violate our second amendment rights by passing this legislation.
I am working to build this petition to show how many Coloradans are adamantly opposed to politicians undermining the constitution.
