Has anyone had their auto trickler just freak out on it’s own and start running max rpm and spitting powder everywhere?

Video attached...

Does the tube need lubed at the brass bushings?

Ok tried to attach video, but file to big!

It’s not rubbing on the whole in the dust/wind panel, but it does act like it bogs down a little, then takes off crazy like.

Dont know if it’s electrical, motor or crazy signal. Or if it’s mechanical as I get a lot of black grime on the tube off the bushings.

Based on what I am watching right now, Close Encounters of the Third Kind, it is definitely aliens.

Also could be that you need to take it apart and check connections both electrical and mechanical.

LOL! No, all connections checked. Has been working fine. Then started having issues with N570, but blamed it on the whopping big kernels. Then switched to AA2200, which is the opposite issue. The stuff is like pixie dust. And goes everywhere when the trickler goes into overdrive.

Motor works fine with rubber belt off. So it’s the tube binding on the bushings causing slight drag, then bam, off to the races.

Cleaned it again, and this time put a dab of white lithium on the bushings...seems to have done the trick for now.

Just hard to believe no one else has had an issue.
