Avatar showing up on pm's not on postings

Maybe I'm missing something. My Avatar shows up perfectly to whoever I PM but doesn't even show up when I post on the forum. Did I miss something here? Thanks for your help..

Cool... I can't see it on my end unless I am in PM. Is it that way for other people with avatars? Or am I just special..Hahaha!
