I am currently shooting my .30 cal AWC suppressor on a 300 WM. I love it. Now the question. Has anybody shot a .30 cal suppressor on a 7mm Mag? What effect, if any, did it have on sound or POI?

It will be similar to shooting it on your 300WM. The bullet is a smaller diameter so it will sound a bit more snappy to the ears. POI shift is all on your suppressor attachment, and the baffle system and how it lines up. It should be minimal being that AWC puts out a quality product.
