I agree with your assessment the RRA Carbine. I own one and other than the Noveske N4 Afghan I own it is the most accurate of all my other 556 AR's and has never failed me. I have an RCOM4 ACOG on it and 5 shot 100 yard groups are alway under 1 moa even with the 4X magnification and my old eyes.

Totally! 18inch stainless heavy 1:8 twist barrel (perfect for 50 to75grn bullets). Slap either a 2.5-10 or even a 3-15scope and this bad boy would be sub moa out the box i bet. For a factory rifle out of the box for about 1100 dollars! Really! Just awesome.
