Gunsmithing AX chassis questions?

I am building a 243AI, on a Stiller Tac30, with Bartlien straight taper #9 barrel. I want to put it in a AX chassis, will I have any issues?

I will be running a a Nightforce ATACR optic, 5-25X56. Will ring height be a problem?

Also, will the AX us standard AI mags?
