Drove through the local base cemetery this AM and I note the Axis section with German and Italian internments has fresh wreaths at each grave and their is a viewing stand set up. same thing this time last year.
Is there signifigance to this date? I know most cultures use Fall as the time for reflection. Anyone know if there is an actual holiday associated with this?

On a side note strange Antifa was not protesting this event or demanding removal of the bodies and headstones.
