I found some conflicting opinions regarding interchangeability of ASR and AXMC barrels. I chatted with a EuroOptics rep yesterday and he said that the ASR barrels will be compatible with the AXMC. As stated multiple times in this forum, bolts will NOT interchange.
I just purchased a new AXMC (black 27 inch 338 norma mag) so I was glad to hear the news about the barrels. I noted the 300 win bolt body is backordered everywhere I checked (EuroOptics, Mile High, Scopelist).
