AXSR safety ?

Researching the AI offerings. Remember someone mentioning an issue with the 2 position safety on the Axsr vs the 3 position one on the older Axmc.

Can anyone enlighten me?

I don't think there's any issue with it, it's just diff than the traditional AI 3 position safety. In safe the bolt can be operated but the trigger won't fire. I prefer the SR 2 position safety for minor reasons of feel and function.

So with the 3 position the bolt won’t operate with the safety in a certain position or two?
