Back ordering primers

Has anyone had any luck doing this? Is there a good place to place an order and just wait on them?

Sign up for email notifications from all the usual stores, and be ready to buy as soon as the email comes in. There have been a few drops here and there in the past two months.

I like to use Powder Valley for powder and primers. You have to give them a call to place a back order.

Is that "back order" as in they place you on a list and notify you? Or do they charge you and then just ship them when they come in? I'd prefer the latter.
